Blue Howlite Polished Crystal

Our blue howlite crystal has a ocean coloring from blue dye from white howlite. 

What does it do? Blue howlite is a great stone to help reduce anger, stress and anxiety. Blue howlite is also helpful in communication with the throat chakra. It has a very calming presence that will be uplifting throughout the day and benefit your sleep at night. 

How does it work?  Crystals must be cleansed before use. We cleanse our crystals with white sage smudging and Epsom salt. We suggest when you receive your crystals, that you do the same for at least one week. Once cleansed, we recommend adding your crystal to the meditative practice or bringing it with you to one of our energy healing sessions.
